== Localisation ==<br />

Numen (L'Ouest en Elfique) est situé dans une vallée de haute altitude entre le Mont Balaïtous et le Monte Perdido. Le covenant, composé de quelques anciennes étables abandonnées, est dissimulé dans un Régio Féérique. Une Porte Arcadique permet de descendre rapidement dans la vallée, au niveau d'Argelès.<br />
Fonctionnement<br />

Numen a été crée par 3 mages tout juste intronisé, dont les Maître appartiennent tous au Covenant de [[Milagro]]. Ce dernier vient juste de partir en Arcadie, pour épauler la naissance de Pyrène. Pour le moment le covenant survie a peine, puisant dans des ressources fournis par les fées locales. Le Covenant e été en fait veritablement fondé par [[Fastigio]] de [[Milagro]], qui vendra le présenter au Tribunal de 1230.<br />
